I stay within the position where I promised myself to sit in untill the end of the meditation
I understand that if I do not do this meditating like this makes no sense.
The only focuspoint is the sensation between your nose and throat if I breath.
I understand that the crossed-leg position should be the position I am in while meditating. I won't do this if I really can't sit like that(go practice it.).
