There are a couple of things you NEED to know before you start the meditation!

MAKE A PROMISE WITH YOURSELF THAT THE POSITION YOU ARE GOING TO SIT IN, THE POSITION IS WHICH YOU TAKE DURING THE WHOLE MEDITATION!(This actually is the most important thing within the practice, if you don’t do this, meditating like this makes no sense!)

The same ofcourse for closing your eyes.

Only practice this meditation as long as you know for sure, you are able to hold the position you take FOR THE WHOLE MEDITATION. So can’t you do it for 3 minutes? Try 2 minutes first.

Go to the focuspoint between your nose and throat, after every action during the meditation

For the getting to know meditation you can sit how you like on a couch or chair because we practice the technique.
